On January 21 the Servant of God, Sr. Francoise Therese (Leonie Martin), sister of St. Therese, was laid to rest in a new tomb in the Chapel of the Visitation Monastery in Caen, following Mass at which Mgr. Boulanger, Bishop of Seez, was the chief celebrant .

Pope Francis has appointed Fr. Greg Homeming Bishop of Lismore, N.S.W. Australia. Fr. Greg joined the Carmelite novitiate at the and of 1985 and was ordained priest in 1991. As a Discalced Carmelite, he has held the positions of Major Superior, Novice Master, Prior and Retreat Director.
